Care Micro wins a 24/7 hardware maintenance cover with a difference. Care Micro has been successful in securing a "round the clock" support contract for Premiere Global Services, a worldwide eMarketing and Communications company whose head office is in New Jersey, USA. The support contract for the File Servers and associated peripherals or the UK (over 400 items in total) are located in York. The service contract has been tailored to suit our customer's requirements and budgetary constraints. In essence, the customer pays a comparatively small annual sum to ensure a guaranteed on site response time. Any subsequent call outs are then charged for at agreed rates.  |
