Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have legal obligations towards you in the way that we deal with data collected from you. The Care Micro website, with the exception of any registration systems, does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address (Internet Protocol: standard allowing data to be transmitted between two devices) which is automatically recognised by the webserver.
We respect your privacy. If you register, you will only receive updates or newsletters from Care Micro. Your registration information will be held on a secure server. It will be used only to provide you with e-mail updates or newsletters from Care Micro. If you respond online to a consultation exercise or user poll your data will only be used to facilitate the analysis of responses.

AS Green & Co on Cloud Nine
A S Green, a well-established, independent, North Yorkshire-based Insurance Broker, has been a customer of Care Micro Systems for a number of years.
The latest systems upgrade was to move their in-house Exchange into "the cloud", ie their Outlook email is now hosted by Microsoft.
